- Creating e-commerce marketing strategies, setting marketing targets and ensuring continuous improvement
- Manage the marketing budget and use resources effectively to ensure the highest ROI
- Following digital marketing trends and innovations and integrating them into strategies, increasing efficiency by using new tools and techniques
- Coordinating marketing projects in collaboration with sales, product management and technical teams and reflecting feedback on strategies
- Develop creative and innovative ideas to strengthen the brand's online presence and image
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields; MBA or digital marketing certificates are preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing; minimum 3 years of experience as Chef Marketing Manager or similar role
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), CRM and email marketing platforms
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, track KPIs and analyze conversion rates
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to think strategically, lead and motivate the team
- Good command of English; ability to follow global marketing trends and communicate on international platforms
